Having a 30 minute walk on a Sunday once a month before your mega fat dinner and whilst consuming two ice cream cones during your walk and stating “I eat the same as you” does not address how fat you are.
Stop eating & go out and exercise blubber guts.

No, there is a sucker born every minute. Go for a 40 minute walk every day and you will lose weight. You can take your cell phone and talk to people as you walk,

This is not a dumb question. I was on a site earlier that was promoting a seaweed soap, and I’m thinking about trying it. I know diet and exercise is the best, but anything is worth a try. I heard the seaweed wraps work wonders on losing inches and weight so why shouldn’t the soap work?
